Railway you should file a RTI with concerned Publiuc Authority in Northern Railway. In case you so not
reply the reply within 30 days you can file a First Appeal and if Fisrt Appeal is not disposed off after 45
days of filing the first appeal you may file Second Appeal with Central Information Commission. The
Commission only hear Second Appeals and Complaints . |
