In this regard it is to mention that the information sought for is not available in CIC. On perusal of your application, it is observed that you have already filed RTI application in concerned department. In this regard it is mentioned that If no reply is received within the given time limit under RTI Act, 2005 against your RTI application from the concerned Department or you are not satisfied with the reply, you may file first appeal in the same Public Authority wherein you have filed your RTI application. 3. The online url mentioned by you is for filing second appeal against the order of First appellate authority The duplicate second appeal can not be filed on same matter . You may type or write a second appeal and attach in pdf form while applying for Second appeal online on CIC website |
