804 CICOM/A/2019/60036 AJITKUMAR VASANTRAO SONTAKKE 04-03-2019 Appellant was heard over phone when Shri S.S. Rohilla, CPIO & DO to Chief IC and Shri S.C. Sharma, CPIO & DO to ex. Chief IC were present. The appellant reiterated the contents of the appeal. Shri S.S. Rohilla, CPIO informed that documents of all six cases were provided by Shri S.C. Sharma, CPIO & DO to ex. Chief IC and same documents, he produced before the appellant during inspection. In the appeal, appellant has stated that CPIO did not produce following documents during inspection:- (a) The original letter dated 05.06.2018 (b) Other records related to the letter referred to at (a) (c) Signed daily order sheets for the matters referred to in the RTI application (d) Signed copies of the final orders and adjunct orders issued by Chief Information Commissioner in the matters referred to in the RTI application On Point (a), Shri S.C. Sharma, CPIO has informed that all documents received in the Commission are first scanned at CR Section and scanned copies are provided to the registries/sections. Hence, the original letter dated 05.06.2018 might be available with CR Section. On Point (b), Shri Sharma stated that scanned copy is available in the documents inspected by the appellant, no other information is available. On Point (c) Shri Sharma informed that daily order sheets were kept in the computer of the registry of ex. Chief IC. No daily order sheet is available in the scanned documents of the case files. On Point (d), Shri Sharma stated that signed copies of final orders are available in separate file. The above information provided by the CPIO has also been intimated to the appellant over phone. This situation could have been avoided with better coordination among them. However, direction is given to Shri S.S. Rohilla, CPIO & DO to Chief IC to offer inspection with mutual convenient date and time to the appellant to inspect documents mentioned on Points (a) to (d) above within one week from the date of receipt of the order.
