First Appeal No. CICOM/A/E/20/00108 is against the forwarding of RTI which is not an information. First Appeal No. CICOM/A/E/20/00109 has been filed against information given by Sh. C. Vinod Babu, CPIO. It is seen that point No. 1 of the RTI application has been forwarded to Sh. C. Vinod Babu, who has sent the information on 06.07.2020. The information given by Sh. C. Vinod Babu is as per provisions of the RTI Act, 2005. Therefore, no further intervention is required on the part of FAA in the matter. First Appeal No. CICOM/A/E/20/00110 has been filed against information given by Sh. Krishan Avtar Talwar, CPIO. It is seen that Point No. 2 to 6 of the RTI application has been forwarded to Sh. Krishan Avtar Talwar, CPIO, who has provided the information on 27.06.2020. The information given by Sh. Krishan Avtar Talwar, CPIO is as per provisions of the RTI Act, 2005. Therefore, no further intervention is required on the part of FAA in the matter. NA

Ram Kumar, CPIO stating that “In my application neither i asked any answer nor any clarification but still my request denied whereas the information pertains to the office record of CIC” and requested that “look into the matter and provide me the information sought by me”. On perusal of the RTI application and reply given by the CPIO-Sh. Ram Kumar, it is observed that the information given by the CPIO is as per provisions of the RTI Act, 2005. Therefore, no further intervention is required on the part of FAA in the matter. NA
