It is observed that CPIO has not given the information as sought by the applicant. The question is about time the CPIO should wait for additional fees to be paid by applicant and in case of non receipt of additional fees, under which provision CPIO has to proceed further. I am not convinced with the reply CPIO . Specific reply to the query may be given by the CPIO within 15 days of the receipt of the decision. The applicant may file second appeal before the commission if he is not satisfied within 90 days the decision of FAA. NA
