Please refer to your online RTI application dated 21.06.2018 addressed to Central Information Commission.
Point No. 1 & 2 It is to be mentioned that, under RTI Act, 2005, the CPIO can provide the information which is held by the public authority. But in the instant case, you are seeking comments of the CPIO which does not cover within the definition of Section 2(f) of the RTI Act, 2005. You are also informed that no other information is available with the CPIO, CIC other than that is available in RTI Act, 2005 & RTI Rules 2012 which are already available in public domain. If you are not satisfied with the reply from other public authority you may file First Appeal in the concerned department and in case you are not satisfied with the order of First Appellate Authority you may file Second Appeal / Complaint before the Commission as per RTI Act, 2005 & RTI Rules, 2012. The procedure of filing Second Appeal / Complaint is as under
You are required to submit an application along with
(i) Copy of the RTI application
(ii) Proof of fees paid by you for seeking information
(iii) Copy of the reply of CPIO if any received by you
(iv) Copy of the first appeal submitted to the First Appellate Authority
(v) Reply of the First Appellate Authority if any received by you
(vi) Grounds for filing appeal or complaint in the Commission.
(vii) Copy of Identify proof

No fee is required for filing a second appeal or complaint in the Commission. The address for sending 2nd appeal or complaint to the Commission is as under
