Central Information Commission is the Second appellate authority under the RTI Act, 2005 in respect of RTI matters involving public authorities under the Central Government or UTs. You may approach the concerned public authority. It seems that you have sought the information from Karnataka Public Service Commission. This is a State matter and the jurisdiction of State Information Commission and Central Information Commission are distinct & separate. State matters cant be heard in Central Information Commission. You can forward your application to the concerned public authority.
