2 In this regard, it is stated that there is no information available in CIC about the Rajasthan State Information Commission. You are also informed that Central Information Commission is the Second appellate authority under the RTI Act, 2005 in respect of RTI matters involving public authorities under the Central Government or UTs.
3 The jurisdiction of State Information Commission and Central Information Commission are distinct & separate. State matters cant be heard in Central Information Commission. Therefore, the State matters can only be heard in State Information Commission. You may approach the concerned State Information Commission.
4 The First Appeal, if any, against the reply of the CPIO may be made to the First Appellate Authority, CIC within 30 days of receipt of reply to
