2 In this regard, it is stated that no other information is available with the CPIO, CIC other than that is available in RTI Act, 2005 & RTI Rules 2012 which are already available in public domain. CPIO can provide the information which is held by the public authority but in your case you are seeking comments of the CPIO which does not cover within the definition of 2(f) of the Act, 2005.

2 In this regard, it is stated that Central Information Commission as a public authority has no such information as sought by you. You may approach the concerned public authority to get the information. Central Information Commission is the Second appellate authority under the RTI Act, 2005 in respect of RTI matters involving public authorities under the Central Government or UTs.
3 In case that Public Authority does not reply you within the stipulated period under RTI Act, 2005 or you are not satisfied with their reply of CPIO, you can file the First Appeal with them and in case you are not satisfied with the reply of the First Appellate Authority you can file a second appeal with the Commission.
4 The First Appeal, if any, against the reply of the CPIO may be made to the First Appellate Authority, CIC within 30 days of receipt of reply to
