Please refer to your RTI application dated 25.9.2017 received vide no. CICOM/R/2017/50572 in CR II on 25.10.2017. The information is given as under :
Point 1 to 4. Dy.No. 108023 which is a complaint on non compliance of Commission decision in case file no. CIC/LS/2013/00085/SS has been linked electronically in the concerned case file. There is no such information on record on the accountability/responsibility on the jobs allotted to the outsourced agency. However, the daks linked by the outsourced agency in the APPSCOM Computer system of this Commission are approved by the registry/officer concerned. If any discrepancy is found, the concerned officer roll back the link dak. The link paper/ non compliance dak are being examined by the concerned registry with whom the subject matter/public authority is allotted.
Point 6. Appellant can inspect the file/relevant documents under the RTI Act subject to availability of the file with the concerned registry with whom the Public Authority is allotted as per work allocation of the Commission.
Point 7. The payment is made to the outsourced agency on the basis of actual work done which is reflected in the APPSCOM computer system of the Commission. |
