Para 3 (a): I have deposed my affidavit on 04-08-2017 relating to File Number CIC/SB/A/2016/000785 and was sent to the registry of IC(SB) on 07-08-2017. Rest of the information does not relate to the undersigned.
Para 3 (b): In fact, you have not sought any information at Point (b) of your RTI application dated 18-08-2017. However, you are asking certain questions which is beyond the purview of RTI Act as the RTI Act has given the mandate to provide the information as available with the holder of the same and is not supposed to generate any information which is not available. |
