In your RTI application, you have made observations on the Commissions hearing and the decisions of the Commission. The CPIO is not competent to pass any comments or make any observations on the order of the Commission.
Regarding the Video recordings of the hearing, it is to be mentioned that no Audio / Video recording is done on the hearings conducted by the Commission and the Commission has also not authorized anybody to record the proceedings. Hence, there is no question of providing any Transcript / Audio / Video footage. |
