From your RTI application, it is not clear what information you are seeking from the Commission. No clarification can be provided under RTI Act.
As per the RTI Act, you may seek the information from the concerned public authority and if you have not received the reply from the CPIO. You can file the First Appeal with them and in case you are not satisfied with the reply of the First Appellate Authority you can file a second appeal with the Commission. I would also like to inform you that as per RTI Act the procedure of filing Second Appeal is in the Commission as under:-
You are required to submit an application along with
(i) Copy of the RTI application
(ii) Proof of fees paid by you for seeking information
(iii) Copy of the reply of CPIO if any received by you
(iv) Copy of the first appeal submitted to the First Appellate Authority
(v) Reply of the First Appellate Authority if any received by you
(vi) Grounds for filing appeal or complaint in the Commission.
(vii) Copy of Identify proof
No fee is required for filing a second appeal or complaint in the Commission. The address for sending 2nd appeal or complaint to the Commission is as under
