Central Information Commission is the Second appellate authority under the RTI Act, 2005 in respect of RTI matters involving public authorities under the Central Government or UTs. It seems that you have sought the information from Haryana Staff Selection Commission. This is a State matter and the jurisdiction of State Information Commission and Central Information Commission are distinct & separate. State matters cant be heard in Central Information Commission. You can forward your application to the concerned public authority.
