If no reply is received within the given time limit under RTI Act, 2005 against your RTI application from the concerned Department or you are not satisfied with the reply, you may file first appeal within 30 days in the same Public Authority wherein you have filed your RTI application. In case no reply is received against your First Appeal also, then within 90 days of filing of First Appeal you may file the second appeal in Central Information Commission. With regard to RTI request dated 03.01.2022 attached with your application point wise information is as below:
Point No. 1: With regard to CIC order no. CIC/CNISF/A/2017/314372, information received from CPIO and DR to CIC(YS) is attached as ANNEX-A.
Point No. 1 & 4: (With regard to CIC order no. CIC/SM/A/2011/001997/SG/18581 and CIC/CICOM/C/2021/607297, information received from CPIO and DR to IC(VN) is attached as ANNEX-B.
Point no. 2 & 3: Information received from CPIO Legal Cell is attached as ANNEX-C.
In continuation to reply against Point No. 2 it is further added that Diary No. 30668/ 23.11.2020 (Your request dated 25.10.2020 for early hearing of Second Appeal No. CIC/CICOM/A/2019/142667) is again re-diarized as diary no. 139690/16.12.2020 and linked with Second Appeal No. CIC/CICOM/A/2019/142667. It is further mentioned that above Second Appeal has already been heard on 31.08.2021.
