1 & 2) A copy of the letter received from Respondent Bank (No.ho/rti/faa/2019-20 DATED 15.5.2019) in response to the Designated Officers (R.Sitarama Murthy) letter is enclosed. This matter was placed before the Honorable Commissioner who ordered for its hearing. This matter is being scheduled for hearing and you (and the respondents) will be notified as soon as date is fixed.
3&4) A copy of the letter received from Respondent Bank (No.CO/ASR/LAW/RTI 2548 dated 2.7.2019 in response to the designated Officers (R.Sitarama Murthy) letter is enclosed. In both the matters Show Cause Notices were to be issued as per last order(s). But due to some technical error, these show cause notices were not shown in this Registry’s pending list. It came to notice through your RTI application and now these matters have been brought to this Registry and scheduled for hearing on 13.10.2021 (tentatively) and you (and the respondents) will be notified as soon as date is confirmed.
5) This is an old mail (dated 6.4.2019) and mail ID indicated in the RTI (do.icsb-CIC@gov.in) does not pertain to the undersigned. Therefore, this cannot be verified. However, no such mail is found in the above files.
