Point (1) (a to c) and (2) (a to b):
The communications received under Dy. Nos. 602875 and 606892 were taken on F.No. CIC/SBIND/A/2019/600746 of the Commission. Date of next hearing in this case will be tentatively fixed for 28.4.2021 and notices will be issued in due course. The Commission will examine the issues raised in the above communication during hearing and takes due action/issue directions.

In this regard, it is informed that the Respondent Bank submitted its written submissions to the Commission in compliance of Commission’s orders dated 21.1.2021. But the Commissions orders were to file these written submissions before it only for examining whether any penalty is to be imposed or otherwise. It being so, these documents cannot be given at this juncture before conclusion of the examination by the Commission and issue of final orders. You could have requested the Commission in the last hearing to direct the respondents to share this information to you too. Alternately, you can request the Commission in the next date of hearing for the same. Further, this Registry is not the originator of this information. This information is exempt under Section 8 (1) (g) and (h) of RTI Act.
