in so far as Point 3, 5, 6 & 7 are concerned, the following point wise information is given:
3) In this Registry, in general, cases are taken up for hearing in their chronological seniority. Accordingly, at present Cases registered in October-November, 2021 are being taken up for hearing. The second appeal filed/referred by you in question, being registered in April, 2022, may take some time to come up for hearing. As and when they are scheduled for hearing, all parties, , are informed by a notice in advance of the date, time and venue of the hearing. A decision will be taken/issued only after the case is heard.
5) This is in the nature of question of law/clarification, which does not fall as ,information, defined under Section 2(f) of RTI Act. The answering CPIO, therefore, is not required to give any answer.
6) Details are not clear as to whom the mail was sent. However, no such email found in the email of the answering CPIO.
