You may approach the concerned public authority. It seems that you have sought the information from Karnataka Public Service Commission. This is a State matter and the jurisdiction of State Information Commission and Central Information Commission are distinct & separate. State matters cant be heard in Central Information Commission. You can forward your application to the concerned public authority.
