CIC/BCOI/A/2017/168287 which contains both Diary numbers 192297/2016 and 168287/2017. In Computerized dak management system, every dak received in this Commission is generated a diary number. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted.

2 In this regard you are informed that it is not a right platform to file a second appeal. For registering online Second Appeal / Complaint, kindly go to the website of CIC i.e. www.cic.gov.in and click Second Appeal / Complaint Submit your application.
3 You can also file a second appeal / complaint before the Commission by sending the documents by post and procedure of second appeal is as under:-
You are required to submit an application along with
(i) Copy of the RTI application
(ii) Proof of fees paid by you for seeking information
(iii) Copy of the reply of CPIO if any received by you
(iv) Copy of the first appeal submitted to the First Appellate Authority
(v) Reply of the First Appellate Authority if any received by you
(vi) Grounds for filing appeal or complaint in the Commission.
(vii) Copy of Identify proof
