2 In this regard, it is stated that Central Information as a public authority is not holding the information as sought by you. You may approach the concerned public authority to get the information.
3 It is to be mentioned that Central Information Commission is the Second appellate authority under the RTI Act, 2005 in respect of RTI matters involving public authorities under the Central Government or UTs.
4 You are also informed that the jurisdiction of State Information Commission and Central Information Commission are distinct & separate. State matters cant be heard in Central Information Commission. Therefore, the State matters can only be heard in State Information Commission.
5 The First Appeal, if any, against the reply of the CPIO may be made to the First Appellate Authority, CIC within 30 days of receipt of reply to
