Further, it is to be mentioned that the jurisdiction of State Information Commission and Central Information Commission are distinct & separate. State matters cant be heard in Central Information Commission. Therefore, the State matters can only be heard in State Information Commission. You are advised to approach the concerned State Information Commission in this matter.
