Online Second Appeal

The Central Information Commission (CIC) has integrated its Second Appeal Filing Portal with the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) RTI Online Portal. Now, while submitting a Second Appeal, if the option “Yes” is selected, the RTI application, First Appeal, and the corresponding replies will be automatically retrieved from the RTI Online Portal and if the option “No” is selected, the applicant will be required to upload these documents manually.
