It is to be mentioned that CIC as a public authority has no such information sought by you in your above mentioned letter. You may approach the concerned public authority / organization to get the information. Central Information Commission is the Second appellate authority under the RTI Act, 2005 in respect of RTI matters involving public authorities under the Central Government or UTs. It seems that your information is related to state. The jurisdiction of State Information Commission and Central Information Commission are distinct & separate. State matters cant be heard in Central Information Commission.
