( कितना कितना किन किन कारणों से प्राप्त नहीं किया गया विषय अनुसार अलग अलग वार्षिक जानकारी दे.) - वांछित सूचना रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज न होने के कारण उपलब्घ नहीं करवाई जा सकती. यदि आवेदक CPIO के निर्णय से संतुष्ठ नहीं है तो श्री राकेश कुमार सिंह, प्रथम अपीलेट अथॉरिटी केंद्रीय सूचना आयोग, बाबा गंगनाथ मार्ग, मुनिरका, नई दिल्ली - 110067 के वहां ३० के अन्दर प्रथम अपील कर सकते है. download pdf

Point no. 1 to 3 a & b In this regard, it is stated that no other information is available with the CPIO, CIC other than that is available in RTI Act, 2005 and RTI Rules 2012 which are already available in public domain. You are also informed that Central Information Commission is the Second Appellate Authority under the RTI Act, 2005 in respect of RTI matters involving public authorities under the Central Government or UTs. If you are not satisfied with the reply of the concerned public authority, you may file first appeal in the same department and in case you are not satisfied with the order of the First Appellate Authority, you can file a second appeal / complaint with the Commission. In case, your matter is concerning with State you can file Second Appeal / Complaint with the respective State Information Commission. I would also like to inform you that as per RTI Act the procedure of filing Second Appeal in the Commission is as under You are required to submit an application along with (i) Copy of the RTI application (ii) Proof of fees paid by you for seeking information (iii) Copy of the reply of CPIO if any received by you (iv) Copy of the first appeal submitted to the First Appellate Authority (v) Reply of the First Appellate Authority if any received by you (vi) Grounds for filing appeal or complaint in the Commission.
