Please refer to your online RTI application dated 09.07.2018 addressed to Central Information Commission.
It is to be mentioned that CIC as a public authority has no such information sought by you in your above mentioned letter. Central Information Commission is the Second appellate authority under the RTI Act, 2005 in respect of RTI matters involving public authorities under the Central Government or UTs. If you are not satisfied with the reply of the concerned public authority, you may file first appeal in the same department and in case you are not satisfied with the order of the First Appellate Authority, you can file a second appeal / complaint with the Commission. I would also like to inform you that as per RTI Act the procedure of filing Second Appeal is as under
You are required to submit an application along with
(i) Copy of the RTI application
(ii) Proof of fees paid by you for seeking information
(iii) Copy of the reply of CPIO if any received by you
(iv) Copy of the first appeal submitted to the First Appellate Authority
(v) Reply of the First Appellate Authority if any received by you
(vi) Grounds for filing appeal or complaint in the Commission.
(vii) Copy of Identify proof
The First Appeal, if any, against the reply of the CPIO may be made to the First Appellate Authority, CIC within 30 days of receipt of reply to
