In this regard, it is stated that the jurisdiction of State Information Commission and Central Information Commission are distinct & separate. State matters cant be heard in Central Information Commission. Therefore, the State matters can only be heard in State Information Commission. You are also informed that Central Information Commission is not the public authority in this case.
