Please refer to your RTI application dated 31.10.2017 sent to the Commission which
was received on transfer from CPIO MR section vide no. CICOM/R/2017/50635/1 for providing
you the information.
You have sought information related with the decision of First Appellate Authority
dated 31.8.2017 of earlier RTI application/First Appeal filed in the Commission. CR II section
is not concerned with any of the points as mentioned in the above RTI application.
It is to be mentioned that the work of Central Registration section has been given to an
outsourced agency. The letters/documents related with any case file received are linked with
the concerned case files w.e.f. May, 2017 electronically. The Deputy Registrars of the
concerned registries are required to approve the attachment in the computer system and take
necessary action.
