1052 CICOM/R/P/22/00313 DO TO IC (SC) - R SITARAMA MURTHY 23-06-2022 आवेदन संख्या CICOM/R/P/22/00312 & CICOM/R/P/22/00313, दोनों आवेदन समान जानकारी माँग रहे है और इसलिए एक सामान्य उत्तर निम्नानुसार दिया गया है :- (i) इस सम्बंध में, आप जो माँग रहे है वह सूचना नहीं बल्कि सूचना की आड़ में एक स्पष्टीकरण है । अत: आपसे अनुरोध है की आयोग के दिनांक 07.06.2022 के आदेश फाइल नंबर CIC/RUGBK/A/2020/106826, RTI अधिनियम 2005 और RTI नियम को अध्ययन करके स्वयं के स्पष्टीकरण का पता लगाएं । (ii) इस सम्बंध में, एक नोटिस दिनांक 29.04.2022 को आपको स्पीड पोस्ट के माध्यम से भेजा गया था, जिसमे आपको सुनवाई की तारीख की सूचना दी गई थी और नोटिस की ट्रैकिंग रिकॉर्ड की एक प्रति संलग्न है । नोटिस एवं उसका स्पीड पोस्ट ट्रैकिंग रिकॉर्ड पब्लिक डोमेन यानि www.cic.gov.in पर काजलिस्ट पर भी रखा गया था । (iii) इस सम्बंध में, आप जो माँग रहे है वह सूचना नहीं बल्कि सूचना की आड़ में एक स्पष्टीकरण है । अत: आपसे अनुरोध है की आयोग के दिनांक 07.06.2022 के आदेश फाइल नंबर CIC/RUGBK/A/2020/106826, RTI अधिनियम 2005 और RTI नियम को अध्ययन करके स्वयं के स्पष्टीकरण का पता लगाएं । (iv) आपने फाइल के निरिक्षण के लिए तारीख और समय माँगा है । इस सम्बंध में, आप 11-15 जुलाई 2022 तक(या अन्य कोई तिथि आपके अनुसार), सुबह 10:00 से शाम 5:00 बजे के बीच, किसी भी समय इस कार्यालय में आ सकते है । आप अधोहस्ताक्षरी के साथ उनकी लैंडलाइन नंबर 011-26181927 पर परामर्श करके उपरोक्त अवधि के दौरान उपयुक्त एक विशेष समय तय करे तो आपकी अति कृपा होगी । download pdf
