You have mentioned in your RTI application that CPIO of CVC has denied to give information and you have requested that - CIC may like to advise the CPIO of CVC to give the information. In this regard, it is to mention that if you have not received any information from CPIO of CVC or not satisfied with reply of CPIO of CVC, you may like to First Appeal as per provision of the RTI Act, 2005. In case no reply is received against your First Appeal also or you are not satisfied with order of First Appellate Authority, then within 90 days of receipt of order of First Appellate Authority you may file the Second Appeal in Central Information Commission. Copy of RTI Application, Copy of RTI reply (If received), copy of First Appeal application and Copy of First Appeal reply (if received) should be attached with Second Appeal.
It is also mentioned that under RTI Act, 2005, a CPIO cannot advice CPIO of any other Public Authority to give the information. |
