It appears that you have not filed the Second Appeal with the Central Information Commission. In case you are not satisfied with the order of First Appellate Authority you are advised to file second appeal with the Commission.
Under Rule 8 of RTI Rules 2012 the folloing documents need to be submitted along with your Second Appeal addressed to the Commission:
1 Copy of RTI Application
2 Copy of CPIO Reply
3.Copy of First Appeal
4. Copy of First Appellate Authority Order
5. Index of documents
All above mentioned documents need to be verified and self certified. The documents submitted should be clearly legible

In this regard it is to mention that the information sought for is not available in CIC. On perusal of your application, it is observed that you have already filed RTI application in concerned department. In this regard it is mentioned that If no reply is received within the given time limit under RTI Act, 2005 against your RTI application from the concerned Department or you are not satisfied with the reply, you may file first appeal in the same Public Authority wherein you have filed your RTI application. In case no reply is received against your First Appeal also/or not satisfied with First Appellate Authoritys order then within 90 days of filing of First Appeal you may file the second appeal in Central Information Commission. Copy of RTI Application, Copy of RTI reply (If received), copy of First appeal application and Copy of First Appeal reply (if received) should be attached with Second Appeal. |
