With reference to your RTI Application dated 14.07.2023, point-wise information reply is given below:
1) As regards current status of reference Number CIC/ROCMU/A/2023/628609, it is informed that in this Registry 2nd Appeals & Complaints are taken up and heard in their chronological seniority. As and when the turn of your case comes, a notice of hearing will be issued to you and the other parties, informing date, time and venue of hearing. At present, the cases registered in January-February 2022 are taken up for hearing in this Registry. There is no document in this regard to be provided to you.
2) No letters have been sent to Petitioner and Respondent yet. This will arise only when the turn of your case comes for hearing, then notices of hearing will be issued as said in para 1 above. There is no document in this regard to be provided to you. |

Reply to Questions raised in your RTI is as under:
1 The orders of the Commissioners are received in Central Registry for uploading. The authenticated signed copy as and when received from concerned registry is uploaded on the APPSCOM Software. There is always some time gap between the issue of order and receiving of signed copy of the orders
2 The correigendum to the orders of the Commission are issued by the concerned DR in conulsation with the concerned registry. Central Registry does not have any information on orders relating to corrigendum
1. The Deputy Registrar of the concerned Registries under delegated powers authenticate the orders of the Commissioners. Central Registry does not have any information regarding copy of any orders issued in this regard.
2. All Deputy Registrar of the concerned registries who name are in the official directory uploaded on the Commission website are authorized to authenticate the copy of orders/deciosions of the Commission.
(a) The appointment orders are issued by the Admin Section of all employees and same is kept by them.
(b) Central Registry does not any information in this regard. |
