There has been no specific information is sought by in your RTI Application. In case you need
information from a University or institution which is a Public Authority you should file a RTI Application
there. The attached document is of Mahamaya Technical University which is a State University in such
case you should first file a RTI wiith that authority and if not satisfied by the reply you can file a First
Appeal with First Appellate Authority in the same organization. In case you are still not satisfied with
the order of First Appellate Authority you can file a Second Appeal with Uttar Pradesh State
Information Commission which is appropriate authority for Second appeal on all matters concerning
institutions of State of Uttar Pradesh |

the point wise information is as follows:
1 to 4: Part of the queries under these points are a question of law and procedure, for which answers can be find out after going through RTI Act. Remaining part as to the status of action taken after filing 2nd appeal, the case was heard by the Honorable Commission on 30.12.2021 and directions were issued on 31.12.2021 directing the CPIO to provide point-wise reply to the RTI application as per the provisions of the RTI Act, within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order. A copy of the order is enclosed, which was dispatched long back to you and is presently available on the website of the Commission.
5. After a complaint of non-compliance was received on 6.5.2022 from you (CIC Diary No.625486), the same was sent to the CPIO seeking his comments pm your complaint on the same day. However, no comments were received from him for a long time. A reminder was sent to CPIO on 7.12.2022 and CPIO has responded by his letter dated 16.2.2023. A copy each of the two letters dated 6.5.2022 and 7.12.2022 and CPIOs letter dated 16.2.2023 are attached for your information. Presently, the matter is being placed before the Honorable Commission for a decision as to the alleged non-compliance in the matter.
6, 7 & 8: With reference to these queries and rest of RTI (excluding the above reply), it is informed that the issues raised are question of law and procedure and part of it already answered above. As regards question of law and procedure, you are requested to go through RTI Act, RTI Rules and law of the land in this regard and find out your answers. The RTI Act, RTI Rules and law of the land may also be found on the website of the Commission for your facility. |
