2)Physical hearings were commenced from the month of September, 2020. However, for some time after September, 2020 also if there was any request from a party for audio hearing, it was allowed by the Honorable IC (SC), Shri Suresh Chandra. This was done keeping in view the extant Covid related guidelines, requests from the parties and at the verbal directions of the IC(SC). There were only verbal orders from IC(SC) and no orders in writing.

However, the entire information sought is available on the website of the Commission, viz., cic.gov.in, at MIS Reports, in Monthly Progress Reports (of IC, Shri Suresh Chandra) and in Pending cases. In monthly progress reports, you can find the disposed complaints and in pending case reports, the pending complaints.
