In your RTI application, you have mentioned five diary Nos. 560900/06.09.2022, 648827/08.09.2022, 649517/13.09.2022, 654766/11.10.2022 and 571627/31.10.222. The First and last of them are notice of hearing and order of the Commission respectively. No comments are required on them. The Dy.Nos. 2 & 3, where were prior to the date of hearing viz., 20.09.2022, were before the Commission while hearing the matter. Your attention is drawn to Para 6 of the orders, which clearly said that the orders were issued after perusal of records. The answering CPIO is not competent to give any comment on the orders of the Commission, which are, if you are aggrieved, appealable before Higher Judicial forums. Since the case was dismissed, no further action is required on the remaining diary Numbered letter, as you were absent without taking any leave of absence. |
