In your RTI application you have sought information pertaining to your letter dated 11/10/2022, with regard to the Order issued in File No. CIC/MESER/A/2021/141608. The information is furnished as under:
2. It is stated that your above said letter dated 11-10-2022 has been linked to the ebook of the case file No. CIC/MESER/A/2021/141608.
3. Further, it is stated that the following Decision was given in File No. CIC/MESER/A/2021/141608.
Decision:
In view of the above observations, a strict warning is issued to the CPIO for not complying with the FAA order. Moreover, it is deplorable to see the state of affairs in the respondent office where the FAA order is not being complied with by the CPIO. The CPIO is accordingly directed to take assistance from GE (AF) Subroto Park in reconsidering his decision in respect of providing the details of Job Orders & Supply Orders from March 2020 to March 2021 and provide a well explained reasoned reply providing information or justifying the exemption clause claimed by the CPIO in his reply within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order.
4. CPIO vide its letter dated 23/09/2022 (copy attached) has complied with the Order issued by the Commission. As such, no action has been taken on your letter dated 11-10-2022.
