the following point-wise information is provided:
5. Under this point you have sought certified copies of uploaded written submissions filed by yourself in F.No.CIC/BKOIN/A/2020/138469 vide Dy.No.643929/11.8.2022. In this regard, it is to inform that appeals/complaints/written submissions etc., filed by you are not ,information, in terms of Section 2(f) of RTI Act. Further your attention is drawn to para 24 of orders dated 17.9.2014 of Honourable Madras High Court in WP No.26781/2013, in which it was held that such documents filed by the appellants are not information.

In this regard, it is to inform that appeals/complaints/written submissions etc., filed by you are not ,information, in terms of Section 2(f) of RTI Act. Further your attention is drawn to para 24 of orders dated 17.9.2014 of Honourable Madras High Court in WP No.26781/2013, in which it was held that such documents filed by the appellants are not information.

Under this Dy.No. CIC received your written submissions with reference to the hearing held on F.No. mentioned in Para 6 above. In this case, hearing was held on 12.8.2022 and orders are yet to be issued. Once the orders are approved, they will be uploaded on the website of the Commission at ,decisions, of cic.gov.in. Authenticated copies of the same will also be dispatched to you. Please wait for the same.

Under this point you have sought copy of Honourable Karnataka High Court Judgement filed by you vide Dy.No.643785/10.8.2022 with reference to the hearing held on 12.8.2022 on F.No. CIC/BKOIN/A/2020/128128. In this regard, it is to inform that appeals/complaints/written submissions etc., filed by you are not ,information, in terms of Section 2(f) of RTI Act. In this regard, your attention is drawn to para 24 of orders dated 17.9.2014 of Honourable Madras High Court in WP No.26781/2013, in which it was held that such documents filed by the appellants are not information.
