Appellant has filed online RTI application on 14.05.2018 and Shri R.L. Gupta, CPIO, CR-II has replied online on 22.05.2018 that “Your letter dated 11.04.2018 (Diary no.616440) and letter dated 3.4.2018 (Dy.No.125472) have been linked with the e book of file no.CIC/DSSSB/A/2017/604935 electronically to take necessary action by the concerned registry i.e. IC(YA). Your RTI is being sent to the registry of IC(YA) for providing you the information.†CPIO also endorsed a copy to the DR to IC(YA) separately. It is further observed that appellant filed this first appeal prematurely as 30 days from the date of filing the online RTI application is not completed at yet. The appellant should have wait the reply of DR to IC(YA) till the completion of 30 days of filing RTI application. The appellant is advised to note it. However, direction is given to Shri R.P. Grover, CPIO & DR to IC(YA) to provide information as sought in the RTI application to the appellant within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. |

In the RTI application, appellant has stated that he had filed 4 online 2nd appeals in the Commission vide No.P/SA/UG/15/23706tq4g dated 02.12.2015, No.P/SA/UG/16/5704wt9b dated 26.02.2016, No. SA/UG/16/5704wt9b dated 04.03.2016 and No.SA/UG/16/6202igu6 dated 05.03.2016 and sought 4 Points information about said appeals. Shri Krishan Avtar Talwar, CPIO & DS to CR-1 responded by enclosing the reply of I/c Dak Section that appellant may send signed copy of all the above mentioned appeals accompanied by self attested copy of all documents mentioned in Rule 8 of RTI Rules, 2012, by name to him by mentioning the CPIO’s reply as reference. In this regard, it is to mention that the above said 4 appeals were filed online, which were registered in the old website of the Commission for which appellant has to send all documents duly signed in the Commission with reference to the case number generated. But as per record available with the I/c Dak Section, no signed copies in respect of above mentioned 4 appeals were received in the Commission. Therefore, the CPIO, Shri Talwar has rightly advised the appellant to send signed copies of all documents by name to him for taking action. The appellant may do the needful as per advice of the CPIO. |

In the appeal, appellant has stated that information provided is misleading, incorrect and incomplete but no mention has been made as to how the information provided is misleading, incorrect and incomplete. On perusal of the RTI application and point-wise detailed reply of the CPIO, it is observed that information furnished is appropriate and factual, therefore, no intervention is required on the part of the FAA. |
