The enclosure dated 05.12.2018 of the CPIO’s letter No.CICOM/R/2018/50907/CR-1 is attached herewith. Appellant also mentioned other briefs of his grievances in the appeal. In this regard, it is to mention that FAA jurisdiction is limited to the RTI application and CPIO’s response on the RTI application. As far as reply of CPIOs is concerned, it is observed that appropriate and factual information has been provided by the CPIOs, therefore, no further intervention is required on the part of the FAA, in the matter. download pdf
