On perusal of the Appeal, RTI application and reply of the CPIO, it is observed that the Appellant has filed three First Appeals vide Registration Number CICOM/A/E/20/00108 , CICOM/A/E/20/00109 CICOM/A/E/20/00110 against information given by different CPIOs for different points for the same RTI Application. First Appeal No. CICOM/A/E/20/00108 is against the forwarding of RTI which is not an information.
First Appeal No. CICOM/A/E/20/00109 has been filed against information given by Sh. C. Vinod Babu, CPIO. It is seen that point No. 1 of the RTI application has been forwarded to Sh. C. Vinod Babu, who has sent the information on 06.07.2020. The information given by Sh. C. Vinod Babu is as per provisions of the RTI Act, 2005. Therefore, no further intervention is required on the part of FAA in the matter.
