On perusal of the RTI application, CPIO’s reply and appeal, it is observed that the appellant is not aggrieved with the response of the CPIO and sought further information that “Please where to approach if any applicant fails to get information after CIC order. Where to communicate if any Information Commissioner, who had passed that order, retires.â€
In this regard, it is to mention that in case the concerned public authority have not complied with the orders of the Commission, appellant may file non-compliance case against the public authority by addressing the application to the Central Information Commission. The prescribed proforma for filing non-compliance issued vide order No.11/JS(Law)/2016/CIC dated 29.11.2016 is attached herewith. |
