The Appellant submitted first appeal stating that
“I am to invite your kind attention towards my RTI application dated 06.07.2023 submitted to PIO CIC New Delhi. And to say that the requisite information has not been provided by the PIO. Hence it is deemed refused.
You are requested to take action under RTI Act and provide the information please."

The Appellant submitted first appeal stating that
"Dear Sir/Madam, The applicant had filed second appeal which was returned to him due to some irrelevant attachments in place of RTI application and first appeal as informed to him by CPIO in his reply. But CPIO has not provided the copy of that irrelevant documents submitted by mistake while applicant wants to know that which irrelevant documents are submitted by him instead of relevant documents. The second appeal is successfully submitted by the applicant, it means there is something else attached by the applicant instead of RTI application and first appeal. Therefore, kindly direct CPIO to provide the copy of those documents and name of pdf files attached by the applicant by mistake due to which second appeal is returned to him. Regards,"

Please provide the full information and if SGPC is not covered then can you please provide a copy of any ruling by CIC regarding this Also will you take any action Indian Express if that article is misleading ? I have submitted an online RTI No. CICOM/R/E/23/01169, dated 11/10/2023 under RTI Act, 2005 and the details of the information sought (Points No. 4 to 6) are as under: Point No.- (4). I had submitted online Non-Compliance on dated 7.12.2022 in reference to Appeal No. CIC/NIOPS/A/2021/638751, was received vide diary No. 665627 & Reminder was received vide diary No. 628700 on dated 12.06.2023 at CIC. Provide the complete set of certified copies of the proceeding, file noting, instructions & order/decision issued after the action taken on Non-Compliance/Reminder (vide diary No. 665627, dated 7.12.2022 & 628700, dated 12.06.2023) by the Honorable CIC. Point No.- (5). I had submitted online & offline dated 8.2.2023 in reference to Appeal case No. CIC/NIOPS/A/2021/638751, was received vide diary No. 607351 dated 8.2.2023 & 107562 dated 14.2.2023 at CIC. The reply dated 06/11/2023, given by CPIO & Designated Officer, IC-HS is unsatisfactory, provided information (Points No. 4 to 6) is as under: Point No.- (4). The Commission while disposing the appeal no CIC/NIOPS/A/2021/638751 comment that Commission no further scope of intervention in the instant matter. As such no action has been taken on your non compliance petition dated 07.12.2022 and reminder dated 12.06.2023. reminded Point No.- (5). As per point no 4 and No action has been taken on your letter dated 08.02.2023 relating to file no. CIC/NIOPS/A/2021/638751. Point No.- (6). As per point no.4. 3. I am not satisfied with the reply of the CPIO, as the provided information regarding Points No. (4), (5) & (6) is incomplete & inaccurate. That the CPIO & Designated Officer, IC-HS is bound by the provision of RTI Act, 2005 to provide complete and correct information, until and unless it is exempted under sections 8 & 9 of the RTI Act 2005. The CPIO & Designated Officer, IC-HS, however, neither provided the information nor justified. Denial of the same, therefore, deliberately and maliciously hiding the truth.
